Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our websites, applications, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful ministry, administrative, worship planning, communication, finance, and related organizational purposes. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

If you use the service on behalf of a church, ministry, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Organization Accounts and Administrators

Organization administrators control user access, roles, permissions, locations, and the ministry records stored in the service. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that users have appropriate access to sensitive information.

We may rely on instructions from authorized administrators, including requests to add or remove users, modify settings, export data, or close an organization account.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features may require an active subscription. Trial periods, plan limits, prices, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are presented during checkout, in an order form, or in a separate written agreement.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the content and records your organization submits to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and support that data as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with the data you enter, upload, import, or connect through integrations.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, upload malicious code, violate privacy rights, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates risk for the service, other customers, users, or the public.

Third-Party Services

The service may connect with payment processors, authentication providers, email services, storage providers, analytics tools, and other third-party systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, add, remove, or modify features over time. We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay required fees, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm us, users, customers, or third parties.
