We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and security services.
We may share information with organization administrators, authorized users, or connected integrations according to the permissions and settings configured by your organization.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Church and Member Data
Your organization controls the ministry records it enters into the service. Organization administrators are responsible for configuring user access, obtaining required permissions, and responding to requests from members, volunteers, donors, or guardians.
If your church uses the service to manage children, check-ins, attendance, or family records, your organization is responsible for collecting and managing any required parental or guardian consent.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs. Organizations may request deletion or export of their data according to their plan and applicable law.
